Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. RETURNS

At Royal Egyptian Comfort, we are constantly improving our standards to ensure that our premium quality bedding products exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please follow the return guidelines outlined below:

Eligibility

Items purchased directly from Royal Egyptian Comfort may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

It must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

If you decide to return your bedding, we offer free return shipping on all domestic orders to our designated return shipping address. Contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid trackable return label. You never pay to send something back. 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days it may include any shipping you paid

Return Process

To initiate a return, please fill out the form below with your order details and reason for the return of the authentic Egyptian Cotton product. Once received, we will provide you with further instructions and the designated return shipping address. We will process your refund immediately upon receipt to the account used for the initial purchase.
