Eligibility

Only items purchased directly from Royal Egyptian Comfort are eligible for return.

The return request must be within 30 days of receiving the authentic Egyptian Cotton bed sheet set.

Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

If you decide to return your bedding, we offer free return shipping on all domestic orders to our designated return shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any shipping fees incurred during the initial order will be deducted from the refund amount.
